Terms & Conditions

  •  Terms and conditions come into an agreement once programme is purchased.

  • In the Regulation Revolution Therapeutic Coaching programme you can submit up to 3 videos per month.

  • Therapeeze will keep the video on their shared google drive at all times.

  • Feedback on your video will be either in a video or written format within 3 working days of submission.

  • To keep a copy of the feedback video (where provided) you must download and store on your computer file within 3 days following date received.

  • Once feedback has been sent, Therapeeze will keep the video on their shared drive for the following 3 days. On day 4, Therapeeze will delete the video from their shared drive and no longer have access to this feedback or video.

  • Videos must be 3-5 minutes longer, anything over 5 minutes will not be analysed and coaching supported.

    The programme will remain in effect until one of the following shall occur:

    The family decides they no longer want to be part of the programme.

  • Family fails to meet payment requirements within the payment agreement.

  • Company files ceases to do business or changes product/service.

  • The family demands more benefits within the programme than what is offered.

  • Confidential information for identified families only is shared with others.

  • Login information is shared with a others.

  • Feedback content is used within the wrong context/for wrong purpose.

  • Repetition of raising concerns regarding the programme content occurs.

    If one or more of the above occurs, Therapeeze withhold the right to end the programme with immediate effect.

This membership is to bridge the gap of services and support all families receive specialist support. You can send videos of any daily barriers you experience and anything that is not within our professional knowledge, we will guide you on which professional to gain support from.
